These retreats include half- day boat trips, where you’ll explore Formentera by sea, discover hidden bays and visit the remote island of Espalmador; a pristine paradise of turquoise waters and white sands.

During your retreat, you’ll continue your wellness journey with two Yoga or Pilates practices and two holistic or wellness sessions, which may include Breathwork, Sound Healing, Quantum Alchemy Coaching, Human Design, or other coaching modalities.

A €750 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 3 months prior to the retreat, we are open to discuss payment plans if needed.

Our retreats are thoughtfully designed for an intimate group of just 7 guests, ensuring a personalised and exclusive experience. In some instances, we may accommodate up to 8 guests if a couple reserves a double room.

  • Zara has thought of everything, from the small details, to how each activity compliments each other in terms of flow. The food is so fresh and beyond expectations. The best ravioli I have ever tasted! Plus importantly there was always enough! The house is lovely and in a perfect location near the beach, so we have both pool, jacuzzis and beach days. This was primarily a break for me and to get back in the saddle again. So to come away with so much from the wellness sessions was unexpected but pretty much life changing too. My group were awesome, strong, open, intelligent women. We laughed so much. We all were open and vulnerable to get the most out of our time there. Which is down to the tone and comfortable atmosphere Zara creates, she is one with you and a perfect host. So much so I’m already booked to go back next year. Shame we had to leave!

  • Wauw! That’s how i want to describe this retreat. It’s a beautiful house with specious rooms. It’s a few walk to the beach. (Beautiful walk through nature), nice pool, yoga deck and garden. Zara makes you feel very welcome and she is such a warm person. Everything you might need is available in the villa. It was a perfect combination of yoga, horse riding, wonderful health food, breathwork and much more. Also you have enough time for yourself and relax. Rosie made the most beautiful pictures and makes you feel at home. It’s a small intimate group, it made me feel like a little family. Hope to see you all again.   • Up there as one of most rejuvenating holiday I have ever experienced! Beautiful villa surrounded by stunning scenery and a short walk to the beach the retreat offered guests delicious fresh food, luxury accommodation and a programme of stunning horse riding, inspiring coaching and morning outdoor yoga sessions with the smell of the pines and the sound of the sea to accompany them! Zara was everything you could hope for in a host .. I left after five days with a profound feeling of energy and lightness and with international new friends.
